How to customize and print an editable calendar?
This page show you current month calendar that you can can download as blank calendar or customize it as well. Use this calendar to help you keep track of appointments, tasks, vacations, birthdays, and anything else you want to remember.
There are some information and steps to use our editable calendar tool.
Week start: According to international standard ISO 8601, Monday is the first day of the week. It is followed by Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. There are many countries, including the United States and Canada, consider Sunday as the start of the week. By default, our calendar has the first day of the week is Sunday. You can choose the day of the week that you want to be the start of your week.
Text align: The text-align property is used to set the horizontal alignment of a text (days in month, holiday name and notes). A text can be left or right aligned or centered.
Change font-family: The font-family property specifies the font for all text in calendar. There are a lot of font-family available such as: Arial, Comic sans MS, Courier new, Times New Roman... Use what ever you like.
Calendar title: For some reasons, you may want to use custom calendar title. Ex: January 2024 UK Calendar or February 2024 Calendar (Canada)... Use this option to create you custom calendar title.
Text font size: Our calendar enable you to add specified text to all cells of calendar. By default the text's size is 12 pixel, but you can change it if you want. To keep the calendar fit with paper size (Letter or A4), we set limit for text size from 12 pixel to 20 pixel.
Date font size: It is also important to choose the correct size for the font of all day in calendar. The default font size is 14 pixel and you can change it from 12 pixel to 20 pixel.
Weekday background: This option allows you to change heading background color. By default we do not set background color (it is white color).
Weekend highlight: If you want to highlight dates occur on weekends then use this option.
Weekend background: When customize your calendar, you may want to fill color for weekend background. Changing background color for weekends by select this option.
Change date: With this button you can easy to change the calendar by month or year.
Add / Remove Holidays: For some reasons you may want to add special holidays or events to calendar. This button allow you to do it. It's depending on where you come from, you can select country then choose holiday type. Office holidays is a holiday generally established by law and is usually a non-working day during the year. Holidays and Observances are include office holidays and special events. After complete your selection, press save change then it will appear on the calendar. If you need a custom countdown to a holiday, you can create it here.
Clear: Sometimes you might did wrong on the calendar and want to make it go back as default. Clear button will do it for you.
Save as Image: With this option you can download your customize calendar as image (.png format) and save it to your computer. After that you can print it offline whenever you want or share it to your friends.
Print: If you have a printer conected with your computer then you can print your calendar instantly by select this option. After press Print button, a pop-up will show on your screen where you can change the printing settings such as Layout, paper size (Letter, A4 or Legal), background, margins... Print your calendar after complete your change. If you use Microsoft Edge or Chrome browser you can also download the calendar as PDF format in Printer option.
